The Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL) has extended an invitation to former President Olusegun Obasanjo to visit the Port Harcourt Refinery. As stated in a release on Thursday, the NNPCL mentioned that this initiative is intended for Obasanjo to assess the operational condition of the oil processing plant located in Rivers State.
