He revealed that as a child, he was inspired by the individuals his father, Femi Falana SAN, touched and battled for in an interview with Chude Jideonwo on the With Chude podcast.
“I won’t say that it was pressure, but when I was really young, I felt like these people had to be something because I was already receiving that response everywhere I went.” the man stated. “Everyone kind of told a story about how my dad fought for them and was there for them at some point, and how he came to their aid.” I was absorbing everything at the moment, thinking, “This is something.” Therefore, I didn’t feel under pressure at that time; instead, I wanted to accomplish what he was doing,” he continued.
Though he only ended up practicing for a little period of time, this recognition had a profound effect on him and led him to decide to pursue legal studies on his own.
“For a brief while, I did practice law. Very brief—nearly two years.
“During my youth service, which was around 2012, I worked at the Ministry of Justice. After that, I was at my father’s firm in 2013, and things started to pick up for me in 2014, so I started going out of practice,” he continued, breaking into giggles.
