The father of Stanley Nwabali, the goalkeeper for the Super Eagles of Nigeria, has died.
The 28-year-old goalie announced the sad news on Friday through a post on his Instagram account, which included a tearful emoji.
While Nwabali refused to disclose the cause of his father’s passing, he expressed his sorrow with a touching tribute, stating, “Rest in peace, dad.”
