Cardi B promises to take legal action against the troll who reported her to child protective services

Cardi B, an American rapper, has declared that she will file a lawsuit against the individual who called Child Protective Services (CPS) anonymously and caused an unauthorized visit to her home.

The artist, who had been hospitalized prior to the incident, was furious about the visit and used her Instagram live session on October 22, 2024, to vent her frustration over the alleged hoax call.

“To conduct a prank call with CPS to visit my gated mansion at 11 p.m. while my kids are asleep due to an anonymous call claiming that my kids have been receiving abuse and beatings,” she stated. Are you really that stupid? In addition to being reckless, the mother of three expressed grave concerns about the prank.

“You jerks think this is hilarious, but it’s not, and this is where the jokes go out of hand. To begin with, I am the only person of color or Latino in my entire neighborhood, so why are police and child protective services showing up at my house after an anonymous phone about my kids?

Moreover, she pledged to pursue legal action against CPS and the individual made the call.

She continued, “I promise you this: I’m going to sue child protective services and I’m also going to sue the person who made this call and as soon as I wake up in the morning, I’m going to the bottom of this.”

“You guys take jokes and shit a bit too far, so I’m going to employ the best private investigator in the entire nation. Never make fun of my children, my role as a mother, or my ex-husband’s role as a father. My kids live a great life and have never been hit or touched, therefore we don’t play such crap. “I never hit my kids, no matter how annoying they are,” she said.
