Nigerian Gov't Bars Pilots From Operating Multiple Airlines

The Nigerian government has limited the ability of certified flight crew members to work for more than one airline. The Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) implemented this limitation, citing its research that indicates pilots and other flight crew members provide services to various airlines.
