President Bola Tinubu officially appointed Justice Kudirat Kekere-Ekun on Monday (today) as the 23rd permanent Chief Justice of Nigeria after her approval by the Senate on September 25, 2024. On a Monday, Kekere-Ekun assumed the position and completed the oath-taking process at the Council Chamber within the State House, Abuja.
