On Friday, September 26, 2025, Oba Rashidi Ladoja, the Olubadan-designate, will be crowned as Ibadanland’s 44th Olubadan. According to  investigations, State Governor Seyi Makinde has approved his nomination. Additionally, it was reported that Ladoja and other Olubadan-In-Council members met with the state delegation on Wednesday at his private home in Bodija.
