In response to a common misperception about her, Nigerian singer Tiwa Savage has clarified that she is not a diva.
Despite her stage name, the singer revealed in a recent interview on Beat 99.9FM that she is actually a lover girl and not at all a savage.
“I’m definitely a lover girl,” she explained.
Because of my moniker, I’m frequently mistaken for a savage or diva when I’m in person, although I’m the exact opposite. When I am furious, my team members can attest that my pitch grows even higher, and they just say that everything is fine. It’s very horrible
They’re not bothered by it,” the singer continued.
She continued by emphasizing that her job puts her in automatic beast mode, stating that it is one thing about which she is in fact savage.
She clarified, “I believe I’m a beast at work; I can call you a million times until the task is finished, and I don’t usually take no for an answer. I could get up at six in the morning to nag you about why it hasn’t been finished or until you explain. If not, I would find a different way to finish it. The brutality, in my opinion, appears when it comes to labor. I’m a softie among friends and in my personal life.
Tiwa Savage referred to this stage of her life as her “Pheonix era,” marking the start of a new stage that was formed from the ashes of her previous one.
“I have the tattoo on my neck, and I’m in my phoenix era right now,” she clarified. She is just leaving after escaping the fire. I’m emerging from this rebirth stronger in terms of love and heartbreaks. I’ve reached a stage in my life when I can enjoy my hard work and set boundaries. This is Tiwa Savage’s rebirth.
