The Leap Women Africa program, an accelerator aimed at supporting women leading tech-driven startups across the continent, and Ascend Studios Foundation, an organization committed to fostering creativity and business ownership, today announced a new partnership. Beyond Limits is an organization focused on accelerating the growth of impact-driven businesses in Africa.
Launched in 2023 in collaboration with the National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA), Get Funded Africa, Venture Garden Group, Future Map Foundation, and the US Consulate in Lagos, Leap Women Africa is an Ascend Studios Foundation initiative.
For forty high-potential tech and tech-enabled firms, the program offers a rare chance to acquire the knowledge and coaching required to grow their companies and effect a beneficial shift.
“We are ecstatic to collaborate with Beyond Limits,” Ascend Studios Foundation president Dr. Inya Lawal stated. “Leap Women Africa provides a strong forum to assist female African entrepreneurs. We can unleash their ability to spur creativity and resolve some of the most urgent problems facing the continent by providing these individuals with the instruments and resources they require to succeed.
A thorough program including the newest technological developments, leadership development, financial management, and business strategy is provided by Leap Women Africa. Additionally, applicants will gain from the guidance of a network of seasoned IT professionals who have established profitable companies in Africa.
Beyond Limits is excited to work with the Ascend Studios Foundation and other partners to support a group of female entrepreneurs who were exchange graduates of the US Consulate by offering them opportunities for business growth. We are thrilled to be able to offer leadership and organizational effectiveness, training, and mentoring to entrepreneurial founders and leaders in order to help them build sustainable businesses, develop high-performing teams, and maximize their potential. Entrepreneurship is crucial for the creation of jobs and overall economic growth. The founder of Beyond Limits Africa is Dr. Juliet Ehimuan.
