Nigerians are warned by Tonto Dikeh about a new scam technique that scammers are using

The actress is alerting Nigerians to a crazy new scam that is circulating.

Nollywood actress Tonto Dikeh has warned the public about a new scam technique used by certain dishonest Nigerians to defraud gullible

people of their hard-earned money.

She explained how the dishonest Nigerians perform and carry out the act in a post that was posted on her Instagram page.

The actress revealed the new technique, saying those who want to use it go out to the target in public, sobbing, lamenting, and accusing them

of making a fraudulent transfer for something they purportedly purchased.

She clarified that by performing this act, the criminals would draw a crowd, which would increase tension and put pressure on their victim to

either pay up or face jungle punishment.

As a result, the actress advised the people to exercise caution and vigilance “because outside is wild”. Tonto penned,

Watch out: Someone may come up to you in public, sobbing and wailing, and accuse you of transferring money fraudulently for something

you purportedly purchased. Tensions increase, a mob forms, and you are forced to choose between paying up or rushing to avoid jungle

punishment.

Before any assistance comes, picture the humiliation, lost time, possible loss of goods, or even injury to oneself.

It’s crazy outside these days, so be careful and be alert.

Nigerian celebrities frequently warn the public about the current illegal activities and fraudsters’ activities.

In the past, Yoruba actress Ronke Oshodi Oke warned the public about a new highway robbery technique.

The actress cautioned the public to be wary of any odd behavior on the highway after sharing a video of a man recounting how he was nearly

robbed there and the tactics the criminals employed.
