Expressing his grief, the APC chairman emphasized that Namang was not only a reliable ally but also deeply dedicated to the progress of the APC at both the grassroots and state levels.

Bature further lamented that the party would greatly miss Namang’s significant contributions and unity in advancing the party’s growth and the overall development of the state.

When contacted, the state Commissioner for Information, Musa Ashoms, told Daily Trust that: “Everyone must put aside political differences to mourn the passing of this great man. Namang played his role well as opposition (APC) spokesperson and always kept the state government on its toes.”

Informants further disclosed that the deceased had left his residence on Saturday to participate in a burial ceremony in Pankshin, where he tragically met his end.
