This occurs a few days following Emeka Rollas, the president of the Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN), posted on his personal Instagram profile on Saturday, March 2, 2024, regarding the passing away of her mother.

“Actors Guild of Nigeria Day of Sadness.” Kate Henshaw’s mother passed away earlier today, and Mr. Ibu had a heart attack, according to Mr. Don Single Nwuzor, his manager of 24 years. I regret to inform you that Mr. Ibu was unable to make it. I hope his soul is at peace. He wrote, “@actorsguildofnigeria,” in his post.

Nollywood friends and admirers have flocked to her Instagram page to offer their sympathies for her passing.
