In fresh cases, three more men accuse Diddy of sexual assault and rape

Between 2019 and 2022, three men accused Sean “Diddy” Combs of drugging and sexually abusing them in separate cases.
Following their invitation to parties with Combs, two plaintiffs claim they were raped after he provided them alcoholic drinks that rendered them unconscious. Combs is accused of attacking John Doe, an unnamed plaintiff, during an afterparty at the Marquee nightclub in New York in 2019.

He claims that he blacked out and became confused after drinking something that Combs had given him.

He also asserts that in fleeting moments of consciousness, he became aware that a man and a woman were recording him while assaulting him. The complainant claims that the same people who recorded the assault gave him $2,500 the next morning and said Combs was the source of the funds.
Combs is accused by another unnamed plaintiff of attacking him during a party in 2020 at his East Hampton residence. The plaintiff claims that after consuming alcohol that Combs had provided, he passed out and was beaten by Combs and other people as he drifted in and out of consciousness.

According to the third plaintiff, who has been employed by Combs since 2006, he met with Combs at a hotel in February 2020 to talk about outstanding wages

He claims that Combs offered him what he believes was a tainted drink during the meeting, which caused him to pass out. He says he woke up to find Combs abusing him and that Combs told him no one would believe him if he reported the incident to the police.

All charges have been refuted by Combs’ legal team, which has referred to the lawsuits as “full of lies.” “We will disprove them and pursue sanctions against all unethical attorneys who made false allegations against him,” they declared. Combs has been denied bail three times and is presently being imprisoned at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn.

The plaintiffs’ attorney, Thomas Giuffra, disclosed that more than 60 others had approached his office with identical accusations against Combs

The plaintiffs chose to register anonymously because they were afraid of Combs’ power and influence, Giuffra explained, adding that his staff carefully examined each allegation before pursuing these three cases.

Combs is facing federal charges related to sex trafficking and racketeering in addition to these civil claims. Combs is accused of setting up drug-fueled parties with male sex workers as part of a long-running plan including sexual abuse and exploitation.

Combs is set to stand trial in May after entering a not guilty plea to all of the accusations.
