Kwankwaso Will Succeed Tinubu In 2027 – NNPP

The Kano State chapter of the New Nigeria People’s Party (NNPP) has predicted that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu will be ousted in 2027 while its national leader, Senator Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, will step in as Nigeria’s new president.

The NNPP chairman in Kano State, Hashimu Dungurawa, stated this while speaking on Tinubu’s chances of re-election in 2027, saying they are contingent upon reassessing his economic policies.

Dungurawa, on Thursday, emphasized that the NNPP is determined to secure victory in the upcoming presidential election as well as in the governorship elections across all 36 states of the federation.

“With your unfriendly anti-masses policies and your stance, just prepare for defeat in the next general election. You either change them or Nigerians will collectively change you,” Dungurawa said.

He also said, “From the podium on May 29, 2023, President Tinubu started reeling out anti-masses policies as if Nigerians had stepped on his toes. He kept slamming unfriendly policies on us, even up till today.

“With these challenges and many more deliberately created by the All Progressives Congress-led government, it is just a matter of time as we will certainly ensure Tinubu is out in 2027 and Dr Rabiu Kwankwaso, a true democrat, steps in.”

According to Dungurawa, the NNPP had now established structures in all the states and local government areas of the country.
